Thought I'd give ya a little update. First of all I'm starting DT (guy who started in front of me got drafted in the 6th round by the Falcons), hang cleaned 390 before spring ball, squatted 475, benched 360, VJ was 27.5", ran a 4.49 shuttle, 5.12 40, and all of this was at 268lbs. I think we should patent that workout I did over break it really worked. Coach has been really impressed with my hips this spring; he says I'm moving much better. I also have been able to stay a little lower because my lower body is so much stronger.

Thanks for everything!

Well, the spring season training has officially began. We started lifting with our new trainer yesterday. She is new this year from Yale University. Her style of workouts are perfect for soccer players and I'm really excited that the Athletic Department finally got the football trainers away from us! ha Anyway, I just wanted to basically give you HUGE props from myself, Cat, and Mack because we are so far ahead of everyone in our lifting because we have "excellent" form. Our new trainer is so impressed and I gave all the credit to you and the guys from CAP. Since there are close to 25 girls in the lifting room at one time, the trainer is constantly asking Cat, Mack, and I to give the other girls some tips about their form in hang cleans and squats. It is unreal what you guys have done for us and I really just want to thank you! Even though your training was freakin' tough and the winter cold made it hard to be motivated, I'm so so so so glad I did it and it really shows here. So in conclusion, THANK YOU!!!

Have a great Spring!
