CAP Scheduling CAP will be simplifying the schedule to emphasize a more global approach to improving sports performance. Over the last 10 years we have tried various schedules (sport specific, age specific, level specific, gender specific, etc) and we have found that the age specific, level and non-sport specific classes training 2x per week would yield the best results in speed, agility, strength, power and coordination. So with this in mind we are going to take the best aspects of each of the sport specific programs and blend them into one, all encompassing Athletic Movement and Performance program (or A.M.P.). This program will take the vertical and plyometric progressions from the volleyball and basketball programs, the speed / agility progressions from our soccer and football programs and the strength progressions that reduced the risk of injury, increased balance and coordination while setting the stage for power development.
